Duyen Hai Power Plant is located in the coastal city of southern Vietnam. The plant area was about 52 hectares, with 26m thick soft soil below the surface. It was treated by low-level high vacuum layered preloading compaction method. After 90-100 days of preloading, the construction settlement reached 1.8m and the consolidation degree of soft soil reached more than 90%, meeting the requirements of bearing capacity and post construction settlement of the project. The method was adopted in the project Phase I-III successively.

Geoharbour pollution-free foundation treatment technology competes with the world's giants. From the adoption of European standards to the approval of Chinese standards this year, all four standards are handed over to Shanghai Geoharbour Group. In just three years, the group competed with world giants such as Germany and France in the Middle East, and successively undertook The World Islands, Sadiyat Island, Deira Island, BAWABAT AL SHARQ VILLAS, New King Abdulla Airport in the UAE, Myanmar, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. More than 20 infrastructure projects including Jazan.
